This narrow mouth, vial is manufactured with virgin, medical grade polymethylpentene which produces the visually clearest, translucent, built-in insert with a 300ul total fill capacity. Residual volume can be as low as 2ul depending on the autosampler and viscosity of samples used. Popular for samples that react with glass and often used in bio-analysis with aqueous samples. Reactivity is similar to polypropylene but is more expensive and chosen when seeing the sample in the vial is important.

First hydrolytic, Class A, Type-33, Deactivated / Silanized, Borosilicate Glass. The MRQ Vials have a fill volume of 1.2ml and a very low residual volume of 2ul due to the center-draining effects of smooth walls (no ledges) and a conical bottom with a well that is slightly larger than autosampler vial needles. Side entry port needles will recover the maximum amount during use. Bottom depths of the wells are designed and QC controlled for the most critical autosampler to prevent needles hitting the bottom of the vials.

First hydrolytic, Class A, pharmaceutical grade, Borosilicate Glass. Use with 8mm aluminum crimp caps, 8mm or 9mm push caps. These conical vials have serum finish tops that provide the best seal for chromatography, when used properly with correct aluminum crimp caps. These MicroVials have a conical outer shape and often need a holder / adapter to be used in an autosampler and will not stand by themselves.
